Comparison against normal braces

Both regular braces and lingual braces require an adjustment period. The difference is that lingual braces will affect the tongue, whereas regular braces affect the lips and cheeks. Also your speech may initially be affected with lingual braces. We use various comfort aids to help you through this adjustment period. This period usually lasts from 1 to 4 weeks.

Are the final results as good with lingual braces as they are with regular braces?
Yes. Lingual braces are used for minor orthodontic issues and can acheive the same result.
Each lingual bracket is custom made so you receive the highest integrity treatment possible.
