Dr Grant Duncan


Dr. Grant Duncan is a local South Australian Orthodontist. Born in Gawler, Dr. Duncan received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide. He subsequently went on to achieve his Master of Science in Orthodontics from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada (where he met his wife, Margaret).

Dr Duncan is one of a very small number of Australian Platinum Certified Invisalign Orthodontists, in recognition of his commitment to and clinical experince in Invisalign treatment.


Dr Duncan has an interest in education, being a certified trainer for Invisalign Australia, a clinical tutor in the University of Adelaide graduate programme in Orthodontics, co-director of the Adelaide Seattle Study Group and founding president of the Australasian Orthodontic Study Group.

Dr Duncan holds professional memeberships in several organisations, including the Australian Dental Association, the Australian Society of Orthodontists, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Seattle Study Club, and the Australasian Orthodontic Study Group.


Dr. Duncan has now been in specialty practice for over 25 years. He is married to his wife, Margaret, and has four children -Catherine, Nicholas, Laura and Natalie.

Daniel De Angelis (BDS,BSc,M Orth RCSEd,D Clin Dent MRACDS)

Dr Daniel De Angelis (BDS,BSc,M Orth RCSEd,D Clin Dent MRACDS) is a local South Australian Specialist Orthodontist born in England. He achieved a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Bachelor of Science from The University of Adelaide. He then went on to obtain a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Orthodontics. He also holds a Diploma of Membership in Orthodontics of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and is a Member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in the Special Field of Orthodontics.


Dr De Angelis is also involved in several professional societies including the Australian Society of Orthodontists, the Australian Society of Endodontology, the Dental Board of South Australia, and the Australian Dental Association where he was a Councillor for 3 years. He was involved in teaching as a clinical tutor at The University of Adelaide in the Undergraduate Orthodontic Program in 2006, and was a visiting Orthodontic Consultant for the Australian Craniofacial Unit at The Womens & Childrens Hospital from 2001 – 2003.

Dr De Angelis has been in specialty practice for 8 years and thoroughly enjoys working with people of all ages including adults, adolescents and children.
