Terms and conditions

1. Promotor

a. For the purposes of this competition the promotor is Straight Smile Centre (ABN: 82 609 517 919). 141 Kensington Road, Norwood SA 5067

2. Promotional period

a. The Brace Yourself for Rewards giveaway runs from Tuesday 2nd Jan – Friday 23rd Feb 2024.

b. Patients seen for a consultation between 19th – 23rd Feb, can extend offer to Thursday 29th for their treatment start.

3. Eligible entrants

a. Any patient of Straight Smile Centre who commences treatment during the promotional period or, any active patient who refers a patient that starts during the promotional period.

b. Patients must be dentally fit for orthodontic treatment and have an examination with a Straight Smile Centre orthodontist to confirm treatment eligibility.

c. Winners must be available to collect their prize from 141 Kensington Road, Norwood SA 5067 by 5pm on Friday 22nd March. Failure to collect prior to this will forfeit your prize winning.

4. How to enter

a. Financially start treatment with Straight Smile Centre during the promotional period as well as meet eligibility requirements (3).

b. A financial start requires a treatment deposit to have been taken and a financial contract to be in place. Treatment itself may not commence until beyond the promotional period due to laboratory turn-around times.

5. Entries permitted

a. 1 entry per new treatment start accepted

b. Patients already in active treatment can enter (1) time through the successful referral of a new patient to attend the clinic for consultation, and start treatment with Straight Smile Centre during the promotional period.

6. Prize description

a. Total prize pool is up to the approximate value of $10,000, containing a mixture of 20 products and services from other businesses.

b. Individual prizes to the value of $100 - $2000.

c. Winners will be drawn at random and will be notified via phone and email between Monday 4th – Friday 8th March.

7. Further terms and conditions

a. A clinical examination with a Straight Smile Centre Orthodontist is required to confirm eligibility and clinical need for Orthodontic care. It is recommended that a second opinion be sought in all cases by patients considering Orthodontic treatment.

b. While we endeavour to maintain your first appointment choice, we reserve the right to change your booking to ensure your appointment is appropriate to your needs.

c. Any dental services required prior to undertaking this service will be at the patient’s expense.

d. Not all patients are suitable for orthodontic treatment and results vary for each individual. Please contact our team to discuss your eligibility and what results may be achievable for you.

e. Total cost of orthodontic treatment varies, depending on a patient’s individual requirements. Prices are subject to change.
